In The Queue!

Quebie FAQ

How long will I be in the queue?

On average, the wait is about 6-8 weeks. It's ok, you have a lot to do in the mean-time!

What do I do if I missed my Enrollment call?

Not to worry! LuLaRoe will attempt to call you for three consecutive business days to place your Initial Order. They will not forget about you!

If you miss all three calls, please contact Consultant Support at 951.737.7875. They will ensure your information is sent to our Enrollment T.E.A.M. so they may place your Initial Order. Yay! They want to make sure they answer all of your questions, so let them know what days and time work for you!

Why did I not receive my Welcome Email?

LuLaRoe sends Welcome Packets every Friday morning! If it has been past more than a week and you still have not received your email, please contact Consultant Support at 951.737.7875. They will make sure to have your Welcome Packet sent out to you!

How do I know my contracts were received?

Once they have received your contracts, they will send you a confirmation email!

Is there anything I can do to help with my Initial Order?

YES! You can call your financial institution and let them know of the large transaction that will occur and be deducted from your bank account.

Can I order pieces that are not included in the Initial Order?

As soon as your Initial Order is processed, you are free to order any pieces you would like!

How can I pay for my Initial Order?

You can pay with a credit, debit card, or the bank account that they have on file for you (otherwise known as the ACH). You are also able to purchase your order with multiple cards and ACH! Just remember to let your financial institution(s) know the amount so your transaction will be approved!

Can I change the bank account that I have on file?

Of course! Log into your account and change it within the Build portal.

Can I change sponsors while I am in the queue?

The Consultant who's name you list on your application as your Sponsor, who likely was the Consultant who introduced you to LuLaRoe, will be your Sponsor. Our culture supports healthy relationships and T.E.A.M.work, and for that reason, we do not allow any Sponsor changes. Remember to build a strong bond with your T.E.A.M. and learn the best ways to work together. Our favorite acronym as you've seen above is T.E.A.M. - Together Everyone Achieves More!  Certain situations call for a need to change Sponsors, so if you feel that this pertains to you, please reach out to Consultant Support to explain your circumstance. Your matter will be under review and can take up to six months to finalize. If you are approved, you will begin the process again and re-enroll with a new contract.

Things to Do While in the Queue

  1. Open a new checking and savings account for your business. Look for a financial institution that offers low or no monthly fees, like Capital One.

  7. Create your hostess packet for both online and in home pop up sales. A template can be found for my team members in the training section.

  8. Consider getting additional insurance for your inventory, this isn't covered in yo ur homeowner's insurance.

  9. Create a business plan & strategize your ideal inventory levels based on your goals for shows/week. Make a plan as to how you can gradually build to those inventory levels.

  10. Set up both a Facebook business page and a Facebook group page. Set your group to CLOSED while you are working on it. Your business page should be named in the format LuLaRoe First Last, ex. LuLaRoe Sara Smith, but you can be creative with your group page. Write out the description, set your “rules” and start adding pictures of yourself in LuLaRoe. Don't add anyone until you order your initial inventory. You'll need the URL's for your business cards and website, if you choose to have one. Review the team Facebook training and team images for album covers, etc.

  11. Join team members facebook groups and learn what is working for them and what is not. Think about how you could do it differently.

  12. Make your guest list for your launch, and plan an EPIC in home grand opening of your newbusiness. Review Launch Party training.

  13. Create your LuLaRoe room. To claim this space on your taxes it can only be used for LuLaRoe Office and boutique space. If you won't have dedicated space, think about how you'll be organizing your inventory and supplies. Hang items that go together well next to each other. Get inspired on Pinterest.

  14. Decide how you will display/merchandise leggings and maxi skirts. Leggings sell 50%better when displayed in a way people can touch them. If they are in bags or rolled up, they don’t sell nearly as well.

  15. Review this supply list. Buy supplies, hangers, racks, etc. to get your space organized.

  16. Order business cards and care cards. Templates are available in the team documents.

  17. Work on a preliminary draft of your opportunity letter to people who want to be on yourteam documents.team. A template is available in the

  18. If you will be selling online, research shipping options. I recommend signing up for Shippingeasy.com's free base account to see if you like it, you can ship 50 items at commercial rate (which saves you up to half off) without paying fora monthly subscription.

  19. Order priority flat rate mailers, they're free from USPS, http://bit.ly/2ccrjlh. You'll need to order 100 Flat Rate padded envelopes, 100 medium flat rate boxes, and regional rate A & B boxes.

  20. Order a "Square," you'll use this to accept credit/debit cards instead of Audrey at events and home pop-up boutiques. Audrey takes too long and will be used for online orders.

  21. Make your list of 50 people for the 72 Hour Game Plan, the Game Plan can be found below.

  22. Now make a list of ANOTHER 50 people for the 72 hour game plan!

  23. Look at your calendar for the next several months and decide when you would like to havepop ups, or do vendor events. If you want to do vendor events you need to be looking for themin your area ahead of time.

  24. Create a google form for invoicing Facebook pop-ups. It should include: Full Name, Email Adress, Item Description (including style, size and color in the same field) Mailing Address (seperate fields for street, city, state and zipcode.)

  25. Research how the different pieces can be worn together, how to stylize the same piece in different ways and also the best styles for different body shapes. Find training docs on body shapes in the Team section.
